#FashionReview | Generation Eid’15 collection

Ever since their come back last year, Generation’s team has been bang on trend and quality with gorgeous new collections each season.

At a recent meet & greet, Team Generation introduced us to the new collections about to hit stores and I loved each and every bit of it.

Categorized into 4 main categories, these were:

1. Denim Glam

Gloriously trending acid washed denim in an eastern kurti cut, embeliished with swaorvski bugs and adda work retailing for JUST  between Rs. 3200 to Rs. 4500.
These babies are on my Must-Buy list!

2. Tales of the Orient

This line is as gilded as it gets. Retailing between 13000 to Rs. 19000 that draws inspiration from oriental paintings and has been produced using techniques such as resham embroidery, adda and cut-work to create pretty spring blossoms and flower vines juxtaposed with latticework. Does this shirt not scream “EID ENVY”?

3. The Botanist

This line is as adorable as Denim Glam with just a bit more glimmer. Most designs build on intricate botanical drawings on parchment paper and are finished off with beautiful gold Mughal motifs, Organza and tilla detailing. I am personally in love with this shirt with silver birds all over. Another addition to the Must-Buy list.

4. Al-Mashriq

The last collection stays true to the roots of tradition and the foundations of what Generation originally started with. Shalwar Qameez with foiled motifs on a variety of fabrics to suit the summery Eid. All within the unbelievable range of 2k to 4k.
